Ruud Lighting Inc. will continue to manufacture its BetaLED and Essentia brands following the merger that will combine the lighting companies’ LED capabilities to corner the market on the growing popularity of indoor and outdoor LED lighting. Read more in Biz Times Manufacturing Weekly.
